Virtual Rooms is a virtual meeting space that enables multiple users at different locations to connect over video anytime, anywhere. For a fixed fee based on your video usage and the number of room ‘ports’ that you purchase, you get a flexible meeting space that is always available so you can hold video meetings any time that you want.

Virtual Rooms allows video participants on different network types, whether they are on Private IP, Public Internet, or even ISDN to connect into the ‘virtual room’. You can even have audio participants joining your Virtual Room. BCS Global takes responsibility for the complex technical configurations that allow the different communication platforms to connect together.
